STRATA MANAGER
STRATA MANAGER
A Strata Manager oversees the daily operations of residential or commercial strata properties, working with strata councils, owners, and contractors to keep buildings running smoothly. The role includes coordinating maintenance, managing budgets, organizing meetings, and ensuring that bylaws are followed. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a people-focused administrative role, a career as a Strata Manager could be a great fit.
RENTAL MANAGER
A Rental Manager plays an important role in helping tenants feel at home and keeping rental properties running smoothly. From coordinating repairs and managing leases to answering questions and welcoming new tenants, every day brings something different. If you’re organized, enjoy working with people, and like a mix of office tasks and hands-on problem-solving, this role could be well-suited for you.
REALTOR®
A Realtor® helps clients navigate some of life’s biggest decisions—buying, selling, and finding the perfect place to call home.
